No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Eligible returns will be issued store credit or an exchange, depending on item availability.

Inspection: If an item is returned with signs of wear, alteration, or odor, it will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at 📧 Sales@sidityyells.com, include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within one (1) business days with next steps or return to the return address on package.
Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds. Once your return is approved and received in acceptable condition, you will receive:

An Exchange, if your requested item is in stock
Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future order.
